Would this make a good flower arangement?
Depending where you live, we do not have lilacs and zinnias in blossom at the same time here.

If you are planning on getting the flowers from a florist be sure to check the prices, lilac are expensive out of season.

As for the orange rose, I would suggest a soft one, like sonia.
Reply:Sounds pretty and it all depends on how it's put together. It's your wedding, have the bouquet you want!
Reply:Orange and pink don't usually like each other much.
Reply:It probably will depend upon the shade/hue of the pinks and oranges.

According to My Wedding Planning Guide at http://www.reception-wedding.com/wedding... Pink is a great accent color for orange.

"Orange naturally evokes feelings of energy and excitement, so its no wonder that orange is becoming the color of choice for weddings. If you want to add a fun, light element to your wedding, orange does exactly that. For weddings, the best looking oranges to use are either red toned or yellow toned. Pink is a great accent color for orange. Muted pink works well for yellow toned orange and fuchsia pink fits with red toned orange. When combined together, orange and pink add a playful note to your wedding."

The Sarah Prye site actually sets the colors out side-by-side for a good comparison view:

*~ Good luck ~*
Reply:Pink and orange do go together if you use them right, Everything sounds light and you could make it work if put together well.
