Is your question more towards a good smell or a bad smell.
Baby formula can be rank at times (shooo weee). That smell can get in your nose after making baby bottles and it stays there for a while.

It's the same that cuases the smell in adults. Howwever babies lack the ability to brush the bacteria off the back of the tongue so it tends to sit there and get really really bad
