Reply:It is definitely a daisy, quite possibly an Aster but NOT Aster pilosus (your plant doesn't match Maverick's pictures)
Reply:That plant appears to be in family Asteraceae. Baby's breath is in family Caryophyllaceae. It is the common name for a number of species in the Gypsophila genus.
Reply:Baby's breath (Gypsophilia) is usually dried when used in a bouquet or arrangement. It also has a number of varieties. I believe your picture is of single flower. There is also double flower.
Reply:Sorry about the other one, I messed up. That is not baby's breath. But the name is Gypsophila. This is it: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Baby%27s_br...
Reply:NO
